Pull down to thighs with straight arms
Scout close and pull wide to each hip
Stand with Split stance Over hand hold Start at chest high Pull down until arms straight and hold
Turn around start with arms straight like scarecrow and curl in
Stand on band and bring arms straight out shoulder height in front of you
Stand on band an cris cross into each hand Pull up to each side at shoulder height not in front of you
Standing on band and bent over Pull up bringing Elbows back to the top of ribs
