Handstand & L-Sit Intro

This skill practice session introduces the foundational positions for L-sits and hollow body holds. As Day 4 in the foundation phase, volume is kept low and emphasis is on body awareness, tension, and positioning. Wrist and shoulder warm-up prepares the joints for support work, followed by focused skill drills on the parallel bars and floor.
