Since you worked out yesterday with full body emphasis, today we'll focus on upper body pulling movements which are ready to train. Your lats, triceps, and obliques are recovered. We'll avoid push movements, legs, and core exercises that were worked recently. This will be a moderate session focusing on back and arm development.
