Skill Introduction: L-Sit & Hollow Body

Day 4 skill session introducing the foundational positions for L-sits and hollow body holds. We keep volume low and rest generous so the nervous system can absorb each new pattern. Wrist prep comes first since all parallel-bar and floor work loads the wrists heavily, and hip-flexor stretching at the end addresses the primary limiting factor for L-sit height.
