How to Perform

    Start on all fours in a tabletop position with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.

    Place one hand behind your head and rotate your elbow toward the opposite wrist.

    Rotate your torso upward, pointing your elbow toward the ceiling while keeping your hips stable.
