How to Perform

    Set up row of low hurdles/cones.

    Stand before first hurdle.

  3. 3

    Jump forward over hurdle with both feet.

  4. 4

    Use arm swing.

  5. 5

    Land softly, immediately rebound into next jump.

  6. 6

    Continue down the line.

  7. 7

    Maintain rhythm. Repeat.
