How to Perform

    Stand beside sturdy box, feet shoulder-width.

  2. 2

    Lower into quarter squat.

  3. 3

    Jump explosively sideways onto box.

  4. 4

    Use arms for momentum.

  5. 5

    Land softly on box center, knees bent.

  6. 6

    Step down other side.

  7. 7

    Repeat jumping back onto box from other side.

  8. 8

    Continue alternating.
