Lie flat on back.
Keep left leg straight on floor (or bent foot flat).
Lift right leg straight up towards ceiling.
Hold back of right thigh/calf gently.
Pull leg towards torso until stretch felt.
Keep leg straight.
Hold 15-30s.
Lower. Switch legs.
