How to Perform

    Attach dual handles/straps to sled.

    Stand facing away from sled, holding handles at chest/shoulder height.

  3. 3

    Lean forward, arms bent.

  4. 4

    Drive with legs to walk/run forward, dragging sled.

  5. 5

    Simultaneously press handles forward, extending arms (like chest press).

  6. 6

    Bring handles back to chest as you step.

  7. 7

    Coordinate stepping and pressing. Continue for distance.
